All necessary precautions are adhered to, with strict personal sanitising measures, and all work surfaces and areas cleaned and sanitised numerous times a day. In the event of a positive covid test for myself or any of my family, all recent customers will be made aware so they can take their own precautionary measures and the website will be closed for orders, until the end of the isolation period.

A full copy of the terms and conditions are below and another copy will be sent with the order invoice upon an order being made. Please ensure that you read them fully before payment is made. Upon completion of payment, it will be accepted that the terms and conditions have been read in full and fully understood and accepted by the customer. Full payment is required before any personalised and non personalised items are started. this includes Engraved and crystallised products.
P&P Prices and Information
Postage prices are shown at checkout . Items are sent vi Hermes or DPD Local or UPS which are tracked and signed for services.
From time to time these services change their postage prices so changes in my prices may also change to reflect this.
I aim to complete all bespoke orders within two weeks of full payment being made. There are times when this may be longer, however you will be kept informed of any increase in production time. (please see above or you will be able to see at checkout)
Please note that all Art work and personalised items, crystallised prints, canvases etc are handmade therefore each one is unique in its appearance.

The Crystals used in my Stardust Collection range are genuine crystals from Swarovski® that are bought direct from a Swarovski® Crystal, ambassador/dealer, I mainly use clear crystals but there are a wide range of colours available, if you would prefer a different colour please let me know in the note to seller section when making your personalised order.
Canvases are printed using premium quality HP vivera inks at 1440dpi which produces unrivalled image quality and a stunning canvas print, all work is printed onto heavyweight canvases producing vibrant colour and superb black and white prints, stretched onto a solid 38 mm deep pine frame for that high contemporary finish.
The final print is then laminated to prevent cracking, and it also means they are scratch proof, cleanable and UV protected up to 200 years! *please note if wishing me to print a photo from a mobile phone some pixelation may occur due to image quality.
Art Prints are printed onto high quality 315gsm fine art paper, the prints are made to last and look lovely in a frame.
Turn around on normal photo canvases is usually 24/48 hours for delivery after edit approval , etc.
Swarovski Crystal embellished canvases take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery due to these being one of my most popular products, the demand is quite high. However if the lead time changes you will be notified straight away.
All items are sent via a tracked delivery service, so you will receive the tracking info once the item has been shipped.
As with all my products and business in general if there is anything you are looking for that you feel I may be able to help with but it is not shown on my site, please feel free to message me as I will always help where I can.
Refunds and Returns
I do not accept returns or give refunds on any personalised item's, or where the product has been made to your specifications/personalisation (this includes any digital items such as edits digital art or any graphic design products, and also crystallised items and printed canvases) according to the Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations). I have no legal obligation to issue a refund.
If the product becomes damaged while in transit to you (the customer), I will give a full refund in the form of a credit note or replacement as soon as I have claimed a refund successfully from the postage provider, insurance. Photographic evidence of damage will be needed of both the packaging and the product and the item will need to be sent back to me.
For non-personalised/non-bespoke items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must contact Kayleigh Jayne & Co in writing in order to do this a cancellation form can be provided via email upon request. Items must be returned to the above address and return P&P costs and any damage caused while in transit back to Kayleigh Jayne & Co are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be processed and issued upon receipt of the undamaged item.
Once you checkout it is understood that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. (there is a prompt at checkout that you must tick to confirm this)
